If you’re thinking about selling, then booking a Home Vision Consultation is ideal to get the best outcome for the sale of your property. It’s best done prior to contacting an agent or before the agent suggests a marketing plan and list price.

When you book an appointment and I visit your property, over the next hour I will do a full walk through your property including the outdoors. I will give feedback on ideas to make a space better (eg rearranging furniture) or suggestions on affordable changes that should add value to the property (eg paint, gardening). We go through a lot of information, so best to write it all down!   

Alternatively, if you are unable to attend the appointment (eg you’re interstate) or I can’t attend (this is a property in another State), we can connect on Messenger or Skype and do a live walk through. It can take a little longer, but with a good devise for video and stable internet connection, it can be a great alternative. I’m all about creating solutions to problems!

Depending on the current presentation of the property, your needs and budget, I will make suggestions on whether you can utilise current furniture and accessories or if property staging is required. It may even be suggested that you obtain a Build and Pest Inspection or Valuation on your property prior to doing anything. Everyone’s needs are different and I customise a plan to suit your circumstances.
